Join some of our favourite London Ambassadors for a night to try something new and set your 17 goals for 2017.17 minutes of run 17 minutes of HIIT 17 minutes of yoga 17 minutes of meditation .... starting to get the theme?You will then take part in a workshop on how you can write your 17 goals for 2017, all whileenjoying some snacks and pressed juices from Press.We will be starting promptly at 7pm, meeting at Paternoster Square where Chevy and Nav from Chasing Lights Collective will take you through a quick warm up. Leave your bags and coats with us, and we will take care of delivering it to our secret event location. what to bring: Please come dressed to sweat! We will have a bag drop, but space is limited so please be mindful not to bring too much. We will be running to a secret location where mats will be provided. what to expect: This is open to all fitness levels and to anyone that wants to try new sweaty endeavours. We will guide you through all of the sessions with 150 of your newest closest friends. how to prepare: Please make sure you come fed with a light dinner.
