Overview Lifelong learning is increasingly important in a world of constant renovation and change. These changes impact the way we do our jobs and working with people like millennial that will comprise 75% of 2025 workforce. This sharing session will walk through a few real life experiences at different stages of career development. It will emphasize on the real life challenges in the past and the future, embracing the continuous explosion of new technologies. The session will encourage people in getting out of the comfort zones, and to be active in seeking for purposeful career life. Learning Outcome This is a two-hour session of experience sharing with facilitated discussion on: digital learning, learning strategy and challenges of lifelong learning. Prior to that, he worked in Thomson Reuters for 10 years involving in the business of Intellectual Properties & Science for Asia Pacific region. His consultancy work focuses in three areas: Research Excellence, Innovation Outreach and Competency of Future Professionals. He holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science & Technology from the University of Manchester, UK, and MBA from Louisville University, Kentucky, USA.
