Do you have a great idea? Interested in entrepreneurship but not sure where to start? Are you keen to learn the basics of establishing your own startup? In March 2016, we’re starting something cool. It’s called Hatch, a month long intensive student startup program which aims to teach students the basics of starting their own business through a series of masterclasses, workshops, and roundtables. We want to see your ideas become reality. So if you have a vision, developing an idea, or if you just want to get on the startup bandwagon, then we're keen to hear from you! We will be launching Startup Hatch on Thurs 23 Feb at 5:30pm! Please join us to enjoy a drink and mingle with fellow entrepreneurs! Discount tickets available for QUT Starters members. Become a member here: www.qutstarters.com/membership/ FAQ 1. What is Startup Hatch? Startup Hatch is a series of workshops and events throughout March aimed at students. The program is designed and co-delivered by a student society, QUT Starters, alongside various supporting organisations. Startup Hatch was successfully delivered in 2016 with great success and returning in 2017. 2. What are the workshops? Details about all 6 workshops and additional events can be found at www.qutstarters.com/hatch/. 3. I have an idea, do I just turn up? Yes and no, we have limited number of startup positions available. To reserve your spot in the program register at www.qutstarters.com/hatch/. 4. I don't have an idea. Can I just participate? Yes and no, we require you to develop on a concept throughout the program. There is little benefit in just attending as an 'observer'. We recommend you join us at Launch and join a startup seeking co-founders.
