Thrive: to grow or develop well, prosper or flourish. Survive: to continue to live or exist. What parts of your life are thriving? What parts of life are you just surviving? Most of us don't want to aim for mere existence - we want to flourish, and grow the people and the world around us. So how is it then, when so many of us claim to have a goal of thriving, often we feel like we're just surviving the stresses and strains of every day? Sometimes you need time out from day-to-day life - to decompress, look at life from a new perspective, look after yourself, and rebuild your energy and motivation. Maybe something is nagging at you - that there is something bigger you were meant to do. Perhaps you want to find some clarity around what really matters, or start something new, or get untangled from stresses or habits and ideas and experiences that are blocking your growth. Carve 2 hours out of your week to join us for a mini retreat to help you relax, get new perspectives on the stresses you're surviving, and kick-start and fine-tune your ways to thrive. Notes and a light supper will be provided. Tickets booked here cost $15 for the night, including notes and a light supper. Tickets bought at the door on the night will cost $20 (cash only). Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and get comfortable as we will be starting at 7:30 promptly. FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? This retreat is for people aged 18 years and over. What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? This event is being kindly hosted by Engadine Anglican church. Parking is available in the Council car park behind the church, off Miyal Place. Engadine Anglican is also close to bus stops and 600m walk from Engadine train station. How can I contact the organiser with any questions? Feel free to contact Krystyna directly with any questions on 0403978244 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org. What's the cancellation policy? Should you find that you will be unable to attend and give 48 hours notice, a full refund of your ticket price will be provided. Tickets will not be refunded for cancellations within 48 hours. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, please save the paper! We will mark your name off on the night. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes. Please contact Krystyna directly as above to arrange this. Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? No. Please contact Krystyna directly as above to transfer your ticket to someone else.
