Overview As a manager or supervisor with direct reports, have you ever encountered any of the following? You empowered your team members “officially”, yet they refuse to take responsibility. You want your team to take the initiative in solving problems, however you notice that they keep coming back to you for solutions. You notice that some of your team members blame others when things don’t go as planned. You observed that some of your team members are unwilling to be forth coming when sharing ideas and information. Such behaviours call out to managers the opportunity to learn new skills to engage our team. We can begin to build trust and empowerment by learning the four hats of a manager and when to “wear” which hat. Certain executive coaching communication techniques, when learn and used, can lead to better team performance and a less stressful working environment. Learning Outcome At the end of this workshop, participants will learn how to begin to build: Better working relationship with your team. A team that share ideas and information. A more empowered team. Who Should Attend Senior managers, managers and Human resources professionals that deal with people development.
